We give our crews the proper equipment to get things done without hassle. There is accountability and clear communication. Weekly pay checks. Some crew members are awesome and they get noticed and that comes in the form of raises and bonuses and getting to run their own crew. Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader Responsibilities
- Mowing Maintenance - Mowing, Trimming, Blowing.
- Operating Commercial Lawn Equipment
- Ability to communicate with and lead crew members and hold them accountable to work standards.
- Driving
- Note taking
- Communicating with the office
- Customer Service
- Other Landscape work is involved as well.
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience in commercial lawn maintenance
- Must be US citizen
- Lift 60lbs
- Lift 30lbs consistently
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Work an occasional Saturday.
- Sundays off.

- Referral Commission - We want our team to bring us their hardest working friends. $200 bonus if the person a team member referred stays 90 days.
- Additional Sales Commissions - If a team member brings a new mowing client to us and they sign up for regular service there is a $50 bonus. Larger accounts or projects mean bigger commissions.
- Base pay goes up as training and ability increase. We are always helping you learn our process and training you in the specifics of how we do things and we are always looking for a future crew leader to give the responsibility of running their own route.
- Pack a lunch
- Additional benefits - Sometimes we give bonuses, occasional cookout or bonfire at the shop.
- We will work some Saturdays. Closed Sundays......
