What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc.?
You do the hard work. Why does it always feel like no one notices?
You're the one lifting, loading, delivering, keeping everything moving-and yet somehow, it feels like you're invisible. At Wisenbaker, we don't just see the effort.
We depend on it. Whether you're on the warehouse floor or behind the wheel, you're not just a number here-you're the reason we succeed.
Experience is a bonus, not a requirement. If you've got the drive, we've got your back.
Your Mission (And Trust Us, It's Going to Be Fun!):
Keep operations running smoothly from the inside out
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be hands-on receiving, staging, organizing, and prepping materials. As a Box Truck Driver, you'll make sure those materials arrive safely and on time. Either way, you're at the heart of the operation, and we're counting on your speed, accuracy, and reliability.
This is more than a job, it's a role that gets recognized.
What You'll Be Doing (And Loving Every Minute of It!):
o Organizing and managing inventory, making sure everything is in the right place and easy to find.
o Keeping the warehouse tidy and efficient - we like to keep things neat and moving!
o Picking, packing, and prepping orders for delivery with speed and accuracy.
o Collaborating with your team to ensure seamless operations and to get things done on time, every time.
What We're Looking For:
o Strong attention to detail - you'll be the one making sure everything is in order.
o Ability to lift up to 65lbs and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
o Organizational skills that make you the go-to person for making things run smoothly.
o Pallet Jack and Forklift experience valued
