What you'll do
- Evaluate new leads and sign qualified clients, setting the tone for their experience with the firm
- Manage a pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand and negotiation
- Build case value through liability investigation, and client communication
- Work closely with case managers, paralegals, and litigation attorneys to drive files toward resolution or transition to suit
What we're looking for
- Active bar license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience (pre-lit, demands, and negotiation)
- Quick learner, competitive, focused on self-growth, efficient
- Strong client communication — our reputation is built on how people feel working with us
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
