Hiring: UAT Lead – Salesforce
We are looking for an experienced UAT Lead (Salesforce) to drive end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for complex, highly integrated enterprise projects. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy leading cross-functional teams to successful releases, this role is for you.
Location & Engagement Details
- Location: Cupertino (Hybrid – local candidates preferred)
- Duration: 6 Months (with strong possibility of extension)
- Work Authorization: USC & GC ONLY (Strict Requirement)
Job Summary
As a UAT Lead, you will own the complete UAT lifecycle for Salesforce-driven initiatives, ensuring business expectations are met and system enhancements are released seamlessly to production. You’ll collaborate closely with business, BPR, and IT teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple releases.
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills
- 8 years of experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for large, complex, integrated projects
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments (Waterfall & Iterative exposure required)
- Strong understanding of Sales & Sales Operations processes (consumer channel sales preferred)
- Solid UAT process management: test strategy, planning, execution, reporting
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills across all organizational levels
- Experience working with global / offshore teams
- Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
