🚀 Hiring: Solution Architect – HR Technology / Enterprise Architecture

We're hiring an experienced Solution Architect with strong hands-on experience in enterprise application, integration, cloud, data, and security architecture for a strategic HR Technology initiative.

The ideal candidate will have a strong enterprise architecture background, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to provide technical direction to engineering teams while designing secure, scalable, and cost-effective enterprise solutions.

🔹 Role: Solution Architect

📍 Location: Hartford, CT – Hybrid

📅 Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

🛂 Work Authorization: Green Card and Citizens Only

🔹 Required Experience: 15 Years

Required Skills

✅ 15 years of Software Design/Development and Enterprise Architecture experience

✅ 2 years of experience with Public Cloud – Azure or GCP

✅ Experience with SaaS/PaaS platforms such as Workday, Oracle Cloud, MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, etc.

✅ SME-level expertise in Application, Data, Integration, and Security Architecture

✅ Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL, and Cloud Database technologies

✅ Demonstrable hands-on technical experience

✅ Experience integrating modern applications with legacy platforms, including technologies such as Kafka

✅ Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture and System Design

✅ Strong understanding of SSO, OAuth, SAML, and OIDC

✅ Experience with Microservices Architecture and APIs

✅ Strong understanding of Container Platforms and Deployment Patterns

✅ Strong understanding of Observability and implementation techniques

✅ Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Own and provide oversight for end-to-end solution architecture and design, from concept through implementation and production

✔️ Provide technical leadership and direction to Tech Leads and Engineering teams

✔️ Perform Buy vs. Build analysis using qualitative and quantitative assessments

✔️ Lead architecture and design reviews, identify gaps, and recommend improvements

✔️ Identify opportunities for application optimization, modernization, and simplification

✔️ Lead Proofs of Concept (POCs) and technology deep-dives

✔️ Help engineering teams resolve complex technical and performance challenges

✔️ Identify opportunities to reduce cost, complexity, and technical debt

✔️ Design secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise solutions

✔️ Ensure alignment with security, cloud, data, integration, and enterprise architecture standards

✔️ Collaborate with technical leads, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Azure or GCP Architect certification

⭐ SaaS Product certification

⭐ Experience designing and building AI-enabled applications integrated with LLMs

⭐ Understanding of AI application implementation patterns and Agent frameworks

⭐ Experience or exposure to process automation tools and technologies

🎓 Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification preferred
