Responsibilities:
- Improve collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, Support, and Customer Success.
- Design and improve product team operating rhythms (planning meetings, reviews, retrospectives, demos, communications).
- Support Product Managers by creating templates, frameworks, and repeatable operating practices.
- Improve documentation quality, knowledge management, and handoff practices.
- Lead onboarding for Product team members.
- Champion Agile and Product Operations best practices across the team.
- Partner with Engineering Operations during incidents to improve communication, retrospectives, and lessons learned.
- Identify friction in communication, decision-making, tooling adoption, and team workflows, and implement improvements.
