Hiring: D365 CRM Technical Architect | USA | Hybrid
We’re looking for an experienced D365 CRM Technical Architect with strong expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise application architecture to join a fast-paced digital transformation team.
Location: Location: Any Location USA (Hybrid) (Austin, TX, Bellevue, WA, Bridgewater, NJ, Charlotte, NC, Franklin, TN, Hartford, CT, Houston, TX, Indianapolis, IN, Lisle, IL, Milwaukee, WI, New York, NY, Providence, RI, Raleigh, NC, Richardson, TX, Roger, AR, San Ramon, CA, Tempe, AZ)
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Work Authorization: USC & GC Candidates Only
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
• 15 years of overall IT experience with 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in D365 CRM and Power Platform architecture
• Strong understanding of D365 CRM architecture, landscape, design, and enterprise solution implementation
• Expertise in Configuration and Customization using Plugins, JavaScript, Custom Workflows, Integration APIs, Web API, and WCF services
• Experience with Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Power Apps Portal, and Azure Services
• Extensive knowledge of CRM modules and Power Apps Portal implementations
• Hands-on experience with code reviews, enhancements, technical reviews, and functional design reviews
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams across enterprise CRM projects
• Strong experience developing and troubleshooting JavaScript and Plugins within D365 environments
• Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and solution deployment practices
• Excellent analytical, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience working on enterprise-scale CRM transformation programs
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to work effectively in Agile and fast-paced delivery environments
