Hiring: CCM Consultant – Quadient
Location: Any Infosys Development Center (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension)
Work Authorization: USC & GC Candidates Only
We are looking for an experienced CCM Consultant with strong Quadient expertise to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise-level communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Communication Management (CCM) initiatives
- Design and develop document templates using Quadient Inspire
- Manage data merging processes (XML / JSON → PDF / Print / Email)
- Drive automation and scalability using Quadient tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of overall IT experience
- 4 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Suite:
Designer
Interactive
Scaler / Automation
- Strong expertise in CCM (Customer Communication Management)
- Experience in document composition & template development
Hands-on experience with:
- JavaScript / scripting
- SQL (data extraction & manipulation)
- Experience integrating with CRM systems, enterprise applications, and APIs
- Familiarity with DocuMerge / document generation frameworks
