  • Design and implement guardrails for compute and storage consumption across all Palantir modules.
  • Define monitoring mechanisms, alerts, and dashboards to track usage trends and anomalies.

  • Enforce integration with IGAM-based access provisioning wherever applicable.
  • Identify and remediate legacy access patterns where users were provisioned outside IGAM controls.
  • Support audit, compliance, and security reviews by ensuring:

5. Data Retention & Lifecycle Management

  • Reduce long-term storage costs by enforcing lifecycle management policies.
  • Partner with Information Governance and Compliance/legal teams to ensure compliance with retention standards.

6. SDLC & Code Migration Standardization

  • Design and enforce a standardized SDLC across all Palantir modules.
  • Establish a consistent Dev → Tabletop → Prod migration framework.
  • Align development, testing, and deployment practices with Palantir-recommended best practices.
  • Reduce operational risks stemming from inconsistent deployment approaches.

7. Operating Model & Transition Support

  • Support the transition of platform administration from Palantir to TEAS / client-owned model.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and operating procedures.
  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities between  client, Palantir, and SI partners.
  • Help rationalize platform support resourcing and service costs.

8. Reporting, Metrics & Executive Visibility

  • Build a consolidated view of total cost of ownership (TCO) across:
    1. Platform licensing
    2. Compute & storage
    3. Services (Palantir SI)
  • Create executive dashboards and reports highlighting:
