Title: RPA Business Analyst
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
We are hiring an experienced RPA Business Analyst to support automation initiatives for our client in Sunnyvale, CA.
Must Have:
10 years overall IT / enterprise experience.
8 years as Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst.
2 years in RPA-focused BA roles.
Hands-on exposure to UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere and/or Blue Prism.
Strong experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.
Experience creating PDD, SDD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Worked in Agile/Scrum with tools like JIRA/Confluence.
Role Summary:
Work with business and tech teams to identify RPA opportunities.
Document end‑to‑end processes and translate them into PDD/SDD and user stories.
Support RPA developers/architects through build, testing, and deployment.
Assist in UAT and production rollout of RPA bots.
