Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of lawn care technicians in daily operations.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilization.
- Ensure proper irrigation practices are followed to maintain healthy landscapes.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Train new crew members on best practices for lawn care and landscaping techniques.
- Manage equipment maintenance to ensure all tools are in good working condition.
