*Basic Medical Knowledge - Must be able to understand medical terminology and procedures to assist patients effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in medical terminology, ICD-10
- Experience with medical billing software and electronic health records systems
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and practices
