Job Description
This role is focused on the strategic design, development, and scaling of virtual learning modules, bridging the gap between technical system configurations and digestible digital content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Agile environments, experience designing for complex corporate and field audiences, and proficiency in creating digital assets that streamline technology adoption.
Key Responsibilitiees
- Learning Design & Development: Author, design, and develop comprehensive interactive eLearning modules, virtual onboarding programs, and digital simulation tools for enterprise system launches
- Technical Asset Creation: Utilize tools like Figma to story-board and design intuitive learning interfaces, and translate complex workflows into clear, asynchronous digital training
- Mobile & Digital Enablement: Analyze and align learning delivery with Mobile Device Management (MDM) settings to ensure field operations teams can seamlessly access training on mobile devices
- Agile Collaboration: Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Tableau to track content development milestones, maintain central learning documentation, and analyze digital course completion and adoption metrics
Qualifications
- System Design Experience (Preferred): Prior experience designing digital training or eLearning frameworks specifically for Maximo Application Suite (MAS) or UKG Time & Attendance (Timekeeping) systems
- Frameworks & Certifications: Active certification or deep working knowledge of SAFe or Prosci methodologies to ensure learning assets align with broader organizational change initiatives
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of instructional design/graphics tools (e.g., Figma) alongside Agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence) and analytics software (Tableau)
- Industry Experience: Proven track record of developing scalable digital training for diverse workforces, ideally balancing both corporate and industrial/field-based employee segments
