Key Responsibilitie

  • seLearning Design & Development: Author, design, and develop comprehensive interactive eLearning modules, virtual onboarding programs, and digital simulation tools for enterprise system launches
  • .Technical Asset Creation: Utilize tools like Figma to storyboard and design intuitive learning interfaces, translating complex workflows into clear, asynchronous digital training assets
  • .Mobile & Digital Enablement: Analyze and align learning delivery with Mobile Device Management (MDM) settings to ensure field operations teams can seamlessly access training modules on mobile devices
  • .Agile Collaboration: Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Tableau to track content development milestones, maintain central learning documentation, and analyze digital course completion and adoption metrics

.Qualification

  • sTechnical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of instructional design/graphics tools (e.g., Figma) alongside Agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence) and analytics software (Tableau)
  • .System Design Experience (Preferred): Prior experience designing digital training or eLearning frameworks specifically for Maximo Application Suite (MAS) or UKG Time & Attendance (Timekeeping) systems
  • .Frameworks & Certifications: Active certification or deep working knowledge of SAFe or Prosci methodologies to ensure learning assets align with broader organizational change initiatives
  • .Industry Experience: Proven track record of developing scalable digital training for diverse workforces, ideally balancing both corporate and industrial/field-based employee segments
