Wise Business Solutions is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Wilmington, Delaware location.
Responsibilities include greeting all clients, answering telephones in a professional manner, setting up new clients in software, support to bookkeepers and accountants, various office administrative tasks, liaison between ADP and clients, reviewing/entering payroll, scheduling and confirming appointments, processing payment information, payroll processing for clients, company banking & mail, scanning, billing for company, and communicating with management, staff, and clients.
