Role: Residential Painting Estimator

Job Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proven experience estimating residential and light commercial projects
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with estimation software (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to travel within the Eau Claire area (60-minute radius)
- Willingness to work at least two weekends a month (or more if desired)
- Ability to self-generate at least 4 leads per week through canvassing, networking, referrals, and past customers
- A clean background check and a commitment to ethical standards
