Front Desk Receptionist
Wisconsin River Title Consultants, LLC. is looking for a Receptionist to join our team at the Portgage Office!
We take pride in creating a quality experience for customers – every time. Wisconsin River Title is a full-service title company for both residential and commercial real estate transactions providing: title insurance, real estate closings, construction disbursements and other related services.
Job Functions:
- Answer incoming customer calls and direct to appropriate team member.
- Greet customers coming in for closings and direct them to closing room.
- Order entry.
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma and/or GED, required
- 1-3 years’ of administrative experience, preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
