programs, including assisting with instructional materials, LMS
administration, and Operator Qualification (OQ) activities. This
includes various Electric Distribution Occupations that require
apprenticeship program administration. Conducts and/or supports training
sessions, evaluations, field observations, and recordkeeping to promote
safety, operational compliance, and workforce development. Identifies
opportunities to improve training materials, delivery methods, and
overall program effectiveness. Job Responsibilities Lead development and
