Job Summary General responsibilities are to support Customer Service and Operations (CSO) in Wisconsin System Operations by performing business and operations analysis work supporting the business decision-making needs of CSO. The Specialist will act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of enhancements to existing systems and new systems. This position performs business systems needs analysis, assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems, processes and industry requirements. Other responsibilities include; defining specifications, conducting testing, performing training, implementing and maintaining systems, interacting with software vendors, and assists in developing recommendations to solve problems and issues related to System Operations.
