Consistent Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm schedule

The Front Desk Representative role provides patients with a warm and professional first impression while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic front office. As a key member of our team, you will:
- Greet and check in patients while providing a welcoming, supportive environment
- Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner
- Collect payments and assist with basic administrative and billing support
- Triage patients to financial counselors when needed
- Support physicians, clinic and administrative staff with front office coordination and workflow
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies at all times

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent?
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical front office, reception, or patient services?
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills?
- A passion for women’s health, fertility is a plus
- Strong communication skills & a team player
- Willingness to be flexible, roll with the punches, multitask, and troubleshoot problems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Exemplifies amazing customer service skills and professionalism
