The Registered Nurse Provides High-quality Clinical Support Across All Phases Of Patient Care — From Diagnostics Through Treatment — While Delivering An Exceptional Patient Experience. As a Key Member Of Our Clinical Team, You Will
- Coordinate patient fertility treatment cycles from diagnostic testing through treatment planning
- Provide patient education and counseling on medications, treatment protocols, and IVF procedures
- Triage patient calls and messages related to medications, lab results, and treatment plans
- Accurately document care in the EMR while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance
- Communicate physician orders, instructions, and lab results to patients in a timely manner
- Transcribe and transmit prescriptions and manage prior authorizations
- Perform phlebotomy, administer medications (subcutaneous, intramuscular, oral), and record vital signs and histories
- Assist with patient preparation, specimen collection, and exam/procedure room flow
- Circulate for pre-op, intra-op, and post-op procedures
- Perform abdominal ultrasound during IUI and embryo transfer procedures
- Maintain organized, safe, and fully stocked treatment areas
- Support smooth daily patient flow and provide compassionate guidance to patients and families
- Consistent Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm schedule with weekend/holiday rotation limited to morning hours

We’re seeking a nurse who is:
- Adaptable, proactive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Passionate about patient care and committed to delivering an exceptional experience
- Active Wisconsin RN license in good standing required
- Nursing experience, minimum of 2 years required
- Strong phlebotomy skills are required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Experience in women’s health or fertility is preferred
