JOB REQUIREMENTS: Working in a department of a clinical laboratory where
the primary goal is service, serves as a primary contact for external
and internal customers by providing accurate and timely information and
assists in obtaining technical problem resolution. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Associate degree in Laboratory
Science, i.e., Medical Laboratory Technician with ASCP or AMT
Certification within one year of date of hire and must be maintained; or

Demonstrated excellent customer service skills with clients, including
