The Wilderness Resort is seeking candidates for a Guest Services Associate position. This position is responsible for registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, presenting statement to and collecting payments from departing guests. Must have Excellent customer service skills.
Must be available to work days, nights and weekends.
