What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Attendant position at Cascade Mountain Management Corp?
Role and Responsibilities:
The top priority of the Guest Services department is to make sure that our guests have a great day from arrival to departure. Guest Services staff will find themselves rotating between several different positions including but not limited to ticket checking, lift line organization, ski corral operation, and greeting our guests and thanking them for visiting.
The specific duties of the Guest Services Staff include but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and thanking them upon departure
- Providing information and direction to guests
- Checking lift tickets
- Directing lift lines
- Operating ski corral
- Shoveling and salting walkways
- Cleaning
- Tending to and cleaning Day Cabins
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be able to be on your feet for the entire shift
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions for long periods of time
- Minimum age is 14
Uniform and dress code required. Uniform jacket provided.
Preferred Skills: Experience recognized but not required.
