Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and review the performance of maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal operation of machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address potential problems before they lead to downtime.
- Manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory of spare parts.
- Responsible for sourcing replacement parts and coordinating outside contractors when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance needs are met and production goals are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare reports and present findings to senior management, providing recommendations for improvements and investments.
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Proven experience in developing and managing preventative maintenance programs.

Physical Requirements:
- Combination of office and hands-on work, with the need to inspect and troubleshoot equipment in various conditions when necessary.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
