Position Overview:
Lake Louie Brewing, part of Wisconsin Brewing Company, is seeking a creative, organized, and beer-passionate Social Media Coordinator to help tell our story, grow brand engagement, and support sales through consistent and authentic digital content.
This role will manage and execute social media content that connects consumers with our brands, promotes taproom experiences, and reinforces our presence across Wisconsin.
The ideal candidate understands social media as both creative storytelling and business support — helping drive awareness, taproom visits, and retail demand.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and publish social media content across platforms including:
- Instagram (Daily)
- Facebook (Daily)
- TikTok (as needed)
- Monthly Newsletter (Monthly)
- Capture photo and video content at:
- Brewery operations
- Taproom events
- New product launches
- Festivals and promotions
- Maintain a consistent Lake Louie brand voice and visual identity.
Content Planning
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with:
- Seasonal releases
- Promotions
- Distributor programming
- Taproom events
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Brewery teams to identify storytelling opportunities.
Community Engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and tags.
- Respond to customers professionally and promptly.
- Engage with accounts, retailers, and community partners to increase reach.
Sales & Brand Support
- Promote retail placements, account features, and market activations.
- Support distributor initiatives through localized content.
- Highlight where consumers can find Lake Louie products.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics including:
- Engagement
- Reach
- Follower growth
- Post performance
Provide a simple monthly summary with insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Experience managing business or brand social media accounts preferred.
- Strong photography and short-form video skills (smartphone proficiency acceptable).
- Working knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form video trends.
- Basic graphic editing skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Organized and self-directed.
- Passion for craft beer and Wisconsin culture strongly preferred.
