What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop production leaders and team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Create a safe, engaged, and accountable work environment
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive performance
- Ensure compliance with safety programs (including LOTO) and company standards
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause problem-solving
- Coordinate with planning and leadership to meet customer demands and deadlines
- Support training, coaching, and development of your team
- Promote strong communication between shifts for seamless operations
- Take ownership of shift performance, staffing, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
Preferred:
- Foundry experience
- Experience with root cause analysis
