WAF – Crookston is looking for a CNC Operator to join our Machine Shop team! This is an entry-level opportunity with the chance to learn and grow in the exciting world of CNC machining.
🌞 Start Your Journey on 1st Shift
You’ll begin by training on 1st shift, where you'll learn the ropes, work alongside experienced team members, and build the skills you need to succeed.
🌙 Then Move to 3rd Shift
Once your training is complete, you’ll transition to our 3rd shift team and put your new skills to work!
🔩 What You'll Do:
- Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts
- Load and unload parts and materials
- Perform basic quality checks and inspections
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Learn from experienced machinists and continue building your skills
- Be a dependable teammate who helps keep production moving!

Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
