What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Writer position at WiscoLift, Inc.?
We are seeking a motivated multitasker who likes to be busy to join our team! You will work directly with service technicians, vendors and customers to expedite order processing and scheduling inspections and repairs. We work with Cranes, Hoists and Rigging in manufacturing settings.
Responsibilities:
- Review Service Technician Inspection Reports, prepare and send to customers.
- Prepare quotes and proposals in response to repairs needed post inspection, customer requests or from outside sales team.
- Respond to emails and phone messages for service repair requests.
- Work within the team to assist the Service Coordinator to schedule inspections and repairs.
- Process sales orders and communicate with customers, vendors, and team members to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery dates.
- Process vendor purchase orders including follow up to ensure timely receipt of products per customer requirements are ready for the service technicians when going to the job site.
- Process invoices when orders are complete.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
