Future Arts Leader (Part-Time, Paid)

The Wirth Center for the Performing Arts is hiring.

Not for a typical office job—but for someone who wants to help build something meaningful and grow into leadership.

We are a 45-year-old nonprofit music and dance school in St. Cloud, currently expanding into a new Community Arts Center downtown St. Cloud. We need someone who can step in, take ownership, and help us grow.

What You’ll Do

This role touches everything:

• Run social media and help tell our story
• Communicate with students and families
• Help organize operations and systems
• Support donor outreach and fundraising
• Assist with bookkeeping and admin
• Help move us from spreadsheets into better systems

Some days you’ll feel like an office manager.
Some days like a marketer.
Some days like an executive assistant.

Who This Is For
