No experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to show up on time. Responsibilities:
- Assist in various stages of residential home construction, including site prep, framing, cleanup, and finishing tasks
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Follow directions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Perform basic carpentry, demolition, and material handling tasks
Requirements:
- No prior construction experience needed—we’ll train you on the job
- Must be reliable and able to work well with others
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb, and work on your feet all day
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
