```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
- Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with products or services
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proven ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
