What You’ll Do
As an Executive Assistant you will partner with the President and General Manager of WireNut Home Services to provide an extensive amount of assistance with business and personal tasks. You can be autonomous in your assignments to allow for minimal distraction to Executives and loop them in when necessary. You thrive at being a multi-tasker with a desire to complete tasks not only in a timely manner but also accurately.
Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to understand high level financial discussions (balance sheets, assets, etc.)
- Bondable against fraud, breach of privacy, mistakes, data breach
- Must sign confidentiality agreement
- Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities
Compensation: Starting at $50,000
Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
