As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will support customers in selecting wireless products and services while contributing to store revenue, sales volume, new customer activations, accessory attachment rates, and customer satisfaction. Working alongside the store manager and fellow associates, you will provide knowledgeable, service-oriented interactions throughout the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of wireless products and services.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable services, devices, and plans.
- Provide customer support and deliver knowledgeable, service-oriented assistance.
- Set up customer accounts and activate wireless plans.
- Demonstrate device features and help customers understand product functionality.
- Upsell relevant products, services, and accessories to increase attachment rates.
- Manage inventory and support accurate product availability.
- Work toward revenue, sales volume, and new customer activation targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
