What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associates position at Wireless Vision?
Retail Sales Associates assist customers, demonstrate products, complete sales transactions, and support daily store operations. This role works as an individual store associate, reports to the Store Manager, and offers advancement opportunities to Senior Sales Associate, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Assistant Manager, and Store Manager.
Pay Range is $15.50 - $18.00/HR Commission Bonus Spiffs
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions.
- Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Operate the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain appealing merchandise displays.
- Process customer returns in accordance with store procedures.
- Provide general support across the sales floor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in retail sales.
- Interest in sales commission opportunities.
- Bi-Lingual/Multi-Lingual is a plus
