What are the responsibilities and job description for the IKEA - 488 Renton WA Digital Menu Food Line / Kiosk Upgrade position at Wireless Network Cabling?
1 SUPPORT HELPER TECH TO Assist Lead technicians with the installation of equipment.
4-day assignment. 8:00pm - 5:00am
(30min lunch / (2) 15min breaks)
NET 7 TO 15 DAY TERMS
Heavy lifting required.
Note:
- Technician is expected to be onsite each night at schedule time shown in the assignment.
- Technician must take lunch and breaks as out lined in assignment
- Technician must work until released by Lead Tech.

Scope of work
- This assignment is a afterhours installation.
- Hours between 8:00pm - 5:00am (30 lunch, (2) 15min breaks)
- Contact information will be given and you are to reach out to the Capital Signs lead installer the night before the installation to schedule a meeting place can be determined.
- The first night will consist of demo current menu board and kiosk throughout the store. All demoed (trash) will need to be placed in proper
recyclable contains. This means a lot of walking back and forth.
- Once the new installation begins our Capital Signs technicians will guide
you through the parts of the installation where you will be assigned
- There will be 5 food lines installed using existing mounting bars designed by Capital Signs.
- Food lines consist of: (2) Cold Line, (1) Bistro, (1) Hot Line (1) Activity Bar
- Each line will receive a LG 43" (27) Commercial displays and custom mounting brackets.
- (11) Kiosk each will consist of LG 55" displays (4 currently installed, 2
will require re-installing form back room)
- Current kiosk brackets will be removed, and new custom brackets will be installed
- Power, patch, HDMI cables will be run behind the displays to computer mounted to each food line assigned to one display.
- Each food will be similar in set-up
- Each night during installation IKEA will stress that all trash be removed before installation ends for the day.
- All equipment is onsite and will come pre-configured ready to plug and play.
Tools THAT ARE Required
- Cordless drill w/bits (Philip head etc.)
- The technician must have a basic tool set including the typical screwdriver, Alan Wrench Set, etc.
