As our Business Development Supervisor, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Your mission: drive performance, coach future sales leaders, and consistently generate high-quality opportunities for our Field Sales organization. You’ll balance people leadership, strategy, and personal contribution, playing a crucial role in WCCTV’s continued expansion. This is a role for a hands-on leader with a hunter mindset, someone who thrives on momentum, loves developing people, and knows how to turn activity into real, measurable growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Up to $60,000 (DOE)
- Bonus: Up to $40,000 annually
- OTE: $100,000
- 10 days paid vacation (increases with tenure)

What You’ll Be Leading & Owning
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a high-performing Business Development team to hit daily and monthly KPIs
- Coach and develop team members through call reviews, live coaching, role plays, and 1:1s
- Drive strong CRM usage, outreach quality, and continuous skill development
- Support onboarding, performance reviews, improvement plans, and hiring top talent
Strategy & Execution
- Align Business Development efforts with company growth goals
- Partner with Sales Enablement to plan monthly targets and activity
- Optimize BDE/SDR alignment with Field Sales
- Structure workflows to maximize selling time and revenue impact
Business Development & Growth
- Lead from the front with outbound prospecting and pipeline creation
- Identify and engage new opportunities using tools like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
- Make 50 outbound calls per day, uncover needs, and secure qualified meetings
- Maintain CRM accuracy and share market and competitive insights
- Build strong customer relationships, uncover referrals, renewals, and upsell opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–6 years of inside sales, outbound lead generation, or account management experience
- Up to 3 years of supervisory experience hiring, coaching, and managing performance
- Knowledge of electronic surveillance or security technology (preferred)
- Strong consultative selling skills and sales process knowledge
- Excellent communication skills—phone, virtual, and in-person
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, Teams, and lead generation tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization
