We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Act as process owner for ISO – maintain accreditation and act as point of contact with external auditing agency
- Manage the internal auditing program
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards and scrap goals are met throughout the manufacturing process
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance and identify trends
- Manage the QC/Assembly Department personnel
- Act as primary contact with customers on Quality issues
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, manufacturing or a related field preferred (equivalent experience may be considered)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in a manufacturing environment
- In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and standards
- Experience managing and ISO 9001:2015 certification and quality system desired
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
