- Experience : 5–10 years in development and/or performance architecture.
- Protocols : Understanding of web protocols (HTTP, Citrix).
- Tools & Technologies :
- Load management apps like LoanIQ (Finastra).
- Advanced scripting with VUGen 9.5 .
- Programming in C, Java, SQL , plus specialized Python skills.
- Monitoring tools: Dynatrace , CA Wily Introscope , AWR reports .
- Splunk for load test analysis.
- Architecture Knowledge : Distributed load test environments, performance bottlenecks.
- Skills : Strong analytical ability, troubleshooting in load/performance environments.
- Soft Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience developing in Angular, Java, Spring boot, and OpenShift cloud technologies as Full Stack Developer
- Expertise in functional and object-oriented programming
- Experience in databases (relational/document/etc.) including NoSQL databases
- Strong in algorithms and data structures
- Following the agile software development process and contributing to daily stand-ups and bi-weekly grooming sessions.
- Experience building distributed and scalable complex services as well as robust micro services
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning and problem solving

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
