TECHNICAL LEAD L1

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring/Spring Boot framework
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
• Work with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards (important in banking)
• Support production releases and resolve issues in a timely manner

Mandatory Skills: JAX-RS - Java API- RESTful Web Services .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
