Job Description:
Technical Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, define, and manage global business requirements , ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee the solutioning and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency and meet organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood, solutions are developed, and implementations are successful.
- Lead and projects, with a focus on SDWAN and other network products, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Document requirements, maintain clarity of deliverables, and manage all related project activities.
- Coordinate resources, track project progress, and proactively resolve issues to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders.
Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in global or cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, define, and document complex business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize business processes and implement effective solutions.
- Experience managing projects related to SDWAN or similar network infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate resources and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA).
- Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with Orion/Amdocs or Commercial Business platforms.
- Familiarity with telecom products and offering like SDWAN technologies.
- Experience in global project environments and multicultural teams.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
