Job Description:
- Lead and manage projects related to wealth management and asset management, with a specific focus on KYC processes and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Coordinate and lead project team members, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure compliance with KYC regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with compliance and legal teams as needed
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within wealth management projects, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and client experiences
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Lead or Project Manager within the wealth management industry, ideally leading a KYC projec
- Strong understanding of wealth management processes, including client onboarding, account management, and regulatory compliance

Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects within the financial services industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Project management certification such as PMP or Prince
