JOB TITLE: Sr. Business System Analyst
LOCATION: 3 days onsite in Camden, NJ (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
JOB DESCRIPTION: Our automobile manufacturing client is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support strategic initiatives, cross-functional release planning, and PMO-driven projects. This role is critical in bridging business needs with technical execution, with a strong emphasis on documenting requirements and creating release plans for upcoming initiatives. The BSA will not be embedded within agile teams but will instead focus on understanding how various projects and programs—such as Subscription Replacement and BEV 27/28—impact the internal applications this team is responsible for. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable working independently, and plays a key role in upstream planning and coordination to ensure downstream teams are set up for success.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst supporting application development initiatives for complex, product-centric industries such as - automotive, aerospace, and maritime.
- Experience working on and supporting multiple features at once Experience working in both waterfall and agile environment
- Expert knowledge and hands on skills with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience creating technical user stories, process flows, wire frames and swim lanes
- Experience creating and managing detailed release plans
- Skilled in coordinating monthly release cadences, leading go/no-go meetings
COMPENSATION:
$65/hr to $70/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
