THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Designer with 3–5 years of experience to lead our creative production across paid social, email, and on-site e-commerce channels.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative artistry and performance data. You aren’t just making things look good; you are designing assets that stop the scroll, drive clicks, and convert customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust design systems and templates to ensure our creative output is scalable, consistent, and pixel-perfect.
This is a 6-month contract with opportunity for extension
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-volume static and motion assets for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest
- Partner with the E-Commerce team to iterate on winning creatives
- Create responsive display banners and assets for Google Performance Max campaigns
- Design engaging layouts for CRM campaigns (newsletters, product launches) and automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart) that drive retention and LTV
- Design rich media assets for Product Detail Pages (PDPs), including instructional graphics, benefit icons, and comparison charts that help educate the customer and increase conversion rates
- Create and maintain master templates in Figma and Adobe for ads, emails, and social posts to increase workflow efficiency
- Maintain a pristine digital asset library within Google Drive, ensuring all files are named correctly and easily accessible
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience designing for paid media, email, and web for eComm or DTC brands
- Portfolio that includes performance-driven ad creative (Meta/Facebook ads a must)
- Experience designing emails and working with E-Commerce teams
- Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing PDPs, landing pages, or other conversion-focused web assets
- Comfort handing off designs to developers (Shopify experience a plus)
- Ability to iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback
- Strong visual design skills with a clean, modern aesthetic
- Experience designing landing pages, wireframing user journeys, or conducting CRO audits is a plus
Compensation: $45-$75/hour
