We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help create memorable guest experiences by assisting with reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating on-site and off-site activities and excursions.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a courteous, warm, and professional manner
- Manage hotel reservations and guest inquiries
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Assist guests with arranging activities, dining reservations, transportation, and local excursions
- Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service throughout each guest's stay
- Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
- Flexible schedule required, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required
