What You’ll Do: Review Mortgage documents for Construction to Perm loans to determine original P&I payment methodology and review any subsequent ARM notices and modification documents for payment change activity. Log findings in tracker. Complete payment amortization schedules for C-P Loans and compare to original note. Calculate updated payment change if applicable. Review payment histories/servicing system to identify potential P&I changes. Update customer correspondence and log customer responses accordingly. Assist in creating Loan modification documents. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 3-5 years of Mortgage or Banking experience Familiar with Mortgage documents Intermediate proficiency with Excel Organized and multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment Work well independently Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.00 - $23.00.
