Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
- Complete all maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including repairs, cleaning, and painting.
- Monitor and maintain assigned building systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property or apartment maintenance.
- Proficient in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- HVAC certification preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
