As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of Winters Recreation. From the moment a customer walks into our showroom, calls, or submits an online inquiry, you'll guide them through every step of the buying journey. You'll listen to their needs, recommend the right products, explain available financing options, and help them make a confident purchase they'll be excited about. Every interaction is an opportunity to create loyal customers and generate referrals that continue to grow your business.

What You'll Do

· Welcome customers and provide an outstanding showroom experience.

· Listen to customer needs and recommend the right products and financing solutions.

· Follow up on showroom traffic, internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers.

· Generate new business through referrals, community events, and proactive outreach.

· Build lasting customer relationships that result in repeat business and referrals.

· Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, inventory, and financing options.

· Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.

· Work closely with our finance, parts, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For

· Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.

· A positive attitude with a competitive drive to succeed.

· Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software.

· A willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Compensation & Benefits

· Base Salary: $41,000–$50,000

· Uncapped Commission & Performance Bonuses

Schedule

· Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

· 3 Saturdays per month | 8:30 AM-12:30 PM

Physical Requirements

· Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.

· Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

· Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
