Powersports Technician
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Powersports Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passion-driven, takes pride in their work, and is willing to go above and beyond to deliver quality service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Accurately document repairs and services performed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work efficiently while meeting quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on powers-ports technician experience
- Technical school or formal training preferred
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Passion for power-sports and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and able to work independently
