Professional Snow Operations. Reliable People Wanted.
Wintergreen Site Management is hiring Seasonal Snow Plow Truck Operators to support commercial snow plowing and salting throughout West Bend and surrounding communities.
This role is ideal for a dependable operator who takes pride in clean routes, careful driving, accurate salting, and professional service at commercial properties. Snow work can happen at any hour, so reliability and availability matter as much as experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate a truck equipped with a Western V plow at assigned commercial properties.
- Plow parking lots, drives, entrances, and other assigned areas.
- Operate bulk salters and apply deicing materials according to site requirements.
- Complete required pre-service and post-service site photos.
- Punch in and out of each assigned site using Wintergreen’s mobile app.
- Inspect the property before and after service and identify areas needing attention.
- Work carefully around curbs, islands, vehicles, signs, loading areas, landscaping, and other property features.
- Perform pre-trip and equipment checks and report issues promptly.
- Keep the truck, plow, salter, and work area clean and cared for.
- Communicate clearly with the snow operations lead throughout the event.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Commercial plowing experience preferred; we will train the right person.
- Western V plow and bulk salter experience is helpful.
- Reliable transportation to the assigned staging or job location.
- Availability for storm-response work from November through April, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and respect for customer property.
- Accountability, good communication, and willingness to follow company standards.
- Ability to work safely and remain focused during changing winter conditions.
What Makes Someone Successful Here
You do not need to know everything on day one. You do need to show up when you commit, communicate early, document your work, take care of the equipment, and complete the route without cutting corners.
Part-season and storm-only applicants are welcome if they can reliably commit to the events they accept. For the right person, spring may bring an opportunity for full-time lawn care or landscaping work.
How to Apply
Apply through Indeed and include your experience with snow plowing, salting, commercial driving, or winter operations. Tell us whether you are available for the full November-through-April season or for selected storm events.
